This is your chance to experience the glorious, 660-foot long porch, with rocking chairs, the exquisite dining and ambiance of the Grand Hotel.

DAY 1

You'll spend the first night in the charming downtown of Charlevoix, MI. First, a group dinner, and then some time to enjoy the quaint main street with shops, ice cream shops, and more.

DAY 2

SHEPLER'S FERRY: Start the morning of with a relaxing ferry ride to Mackinac Island. Your escape begins with a horse drawn carriage tour of the island, Fort Mackinac.

THE GRAND HOTEL: Since 1887, The Grand Hotel has beckoned guests to experience her grandeur. Experience the gentile traditions of dressing up for dinner, dancing to the sounds of the Grand Hotel Orchestra, and lounging on that mangificient porch while enjoying spectactular views.

DAY 3

LILAC FESTIVAL: Today is yours to spend as you wish, but do make heading downtown part of your plans! There you'll see all the excitement of the annual Lilac Festival!

Embrace your last formal dinner this evening, followed by more dancing if you'd like. You've been spoiled and it's going to be hard to leave.

After another fabulous breakfast at the Grand Hotel, you will have to say goodbye to the tranquility and luxury.

DEPOSIT: $50 due at time of reservation; final payment due April 27, 2021.

ACCOMMODATIONS: AmericInn Lodge & Suites, Charlevoix, MI (1 night); Grand Hotel, Mackinac Island, MI (2 nights)

TOUR INCLUSIONS: Professional tour director, motorcoach transportation, accommodations, luggage handling, admissions, and 6 meals, including 3 breakfasts, and 3 dinners.

TRAVEL INSURANCE: Optional, but highly recommended.

ACTIVITY LEVEL 3 / HEAVY WALKING: Physical stamina required. Stair climbing, longer periods of walking and/or standing may be involved, along with higher elevations and longer days. Participants must be able to keep up with group.
