Day 1

NELIS' DUTCH VILLAGE: Step off the bus and back into the life of a Netherlands village 150 years ago.

VELDHEER'S TULIP GARDENS: Enjoy a Van Galder favorite as you walk through the 5.5 million tulips bursting with color on this spectacular farm.

Day 2

GERALD R. FORD PRESIDENTIAL MUSEUM: Exhibits include a full-scale replica of the Oval Office, a Watergate gallery, interactive Cabinet Room, 1976 Bicentennial display, and more!

FREDERICK MEIJER GARDENS: Take in one of the premier sculpture and botanic experiences at a Van Galder passenger favorite.

SUITE SURRENDER: It's 1942, and two of Hollywood's biggest divas have descended upon the luxurious Palm Beach Royale Hotel - assistants, luggage, and legendary feud with one another in tow. Everything seems to be in order for their wartime performance...that is, until they are somehow assigned to the same suite. Mistaken identities, overblown egos, double entendres, and a lap dog named Mr. Boodles round out this hilarious riot of a love note to the classic farces of the 30s and 40s.

Day 3

HOLLAND CITY TOUR: A Dutch-costumed guide takes you through the city's historical areas and the stunning tulip lanes.

TULIP IMMERSION GARDEN: World renowned Dutch horticulturist, Ibo Gülsen takes travelers through the history of the tulip, from its origins in Turkey, to the Netherlands, and finally to the small-town community of Holland, Michigan. Gülsen will use 65,000 tulips of all varieties and colors to craft a truly unique experience.

WINDMILL ISLAND GARDENS: Visit this beautiful oasis featuring a 250-year-old working Dutch Windmill.

Day 4

HOLLAND MUSEUM: This museum tells the story of Holland, Michigan, from its settlement by Dutch immigrants to today’s innovative, successful, and diverse community. The galleries feature thousands of fascinating historic objects, as well as artwork from the Netherlands from the 1600s through the 1900s.

SAUGATUCK DUNE RIDES: Get ready for fun! Your dune schooner will show you the beautiful scenery and wildlife at Saugatuck Dunes State Park.

ACTIVITY LEVEL 3 / HEAVY WALKING: Physical stamina required. Stair climbing, longer periods of walking and/or standing may be involved, along with higher elevations and longer days. Participants must be able to keep up with group.
