Savannah Christmas

Day 1

Board the motorcoach and greet fellow passengers as the holiday excursion to the southern belle city of Savannah begins. Pass through Illinois, briefly entering Kentucky, before reaching our overnight destination of Clarksville, TN.

Day 2

The adventure continues as the coach reaches our home for the next five nights, the Hotel Indigo, in the heart of Savannah!

Day 3

EXPLORE SAVANNAH TROLLEY TOUR: Get introduced to Savannah on a 90-minute narrated sightseeing trolley tour. The stunning architecture and rich history of Savannah are delivered by a local guide giving captivating details of the unique neighborhoods of the city.

SCRUB WORKSHOP AT SALACIA SALTS: Design and hand mix your own scrub! Learn about the Southern botanicals and fragrances select from a range of seasonal scents and exfoliants to use in your custom scrub. Walk away with a handmade jar of body scrub, the perfect reminder of your stay in the hostess city.

DECEMBER NIGHTS & HOLIDAY LIGHTS AT COASTAL GEORGIA BOTANICAL GARDENS: Millions of twinkling lights transform this beautiful botanical garden into an enchanted wonderland. Wander the beautifully illuminated trails designed to captivate visitors and create magical memories.

Day 4

DAVENPORT HOUSE MUSEUM: Step back in time at this beautifully preserved Federal-style home built in 1820 by master carpenter Isaiah Davenport. Enjoy a 90-minute hospitality tour, followed by a serving of cookies and cider in the historic Preservation Center.

OLD TOWN TROLLEY HOP ON/HOP OFF TOUR: Dive into Savannah however you want! With 16 different stops and an included distillery tour, you'll discover more of Georgia's First City than ever before.

OLD TOWN TROLLEY HOLIDAY SIGHTS & FESTIVE NIGHTS TOUR: One of Savannah’s most beloved holiday traditions is all aglow for the most wonderful time of the year. Conductors will entertain with caroling and tales of Savannah’s favorite holiday traditions as they drive by historic homes and squares. The tour includes stops at the American Prohibition Museum and the Plant Riverside District's Christmas Market.

Day 5

A CHRISTMAS TRADITION AT THE HISTORIC SAVANNAH THEATRE: This holiday spectacular brings you glitz and glitter with a high-energy 2-hour production. The theatre is transformed into a perfect holiday picture, sharing all of your Christmas favorites. Sprinkle in a little comedy and Santa and his dancing reindeer for the greatest event of the season.

CHEF DARIN'S KITCHEN TABLE COOKING CLASS:Join one of the area's well-known chefs for a southern holiday culinary experience.

Day 6

SAVANNAH HISTORY MUSEUM & BATTLEFIELD MEMORIAL PARK: Enjoy a guided tour of the more than 10,000 artifacts housed inthe former Central of Georgia Railway passenger shed, a Natoinal Historic Landmark built in the 1860s and 1870s. After, visit the Battlefield Memorial Park, which commemorates the site of one of the deadliest battles of the American Revolution.

WORMSLOE STATE HISTORIC SITE: A breathtaking avenue sheltered by live oaks and Spanish moss leads to the tabby ruins of Wormsloe, the colonial estate of Noble Jones. Discover artifacts, an interpretive nature trail, and a Colonial Life Area on a guided tour.

HOLIDAY GOSPEL DINNER CRUISE: Experience local Holiday Gospel entertainment and enjoy the savory flavors of the South while cruising the Savannah River!

Day 7

Wave good-bye to the Southern belle city of Savannah as the journey home begins with an overnight stay in Clarksville, TN.

Day 8

Reminisce of days spent surrounded by the holiday charm and elegance of the South with fellow passengers as our carriage nears your city of origin.
