Tour the area, visit the flea market, and immerse yourself in the Amish culture!

Day 1

AMISH TOUR & AUTHENTIC FAMILY-STYLE MEAL: Step into the Amish countryside to learn more about the culture and enjoy a traditional, home cooked meal. This tour will take you off the beaten path to experience how Amish families live day-to -day.

Day 2

FLEA MARKET & DOWNTOWN: The day is yours to explore on your own. Walk across the street from your hotel and enter the Shipshewana Flea Market & Auction or head downtown to shop!

BLUE GATE THEATER & RESTAURANT: Settle into the theater for the delightful whodunit musical, "The Rise and Fall of Miss Fannie's Biscuits," followed by a traditional home-made dinner.

Day 3

AMISH TREATS & HOMEWARD BOUND: Before we leave Amish country to head home, we have two more stops to make. First, try your hand at mastering the pretzel knot before checking out Teaberry Wood Products, a family-owned woodworking business.

It's just a short ride home, but long enough to remember that the simple things are often best.

DEPOSIT: $50 per person due at time of reservation; final payment due May 24, 2025.

ACCOMMODATIONS: The Farmstead Inn, Shipshewana, IN (2 nights)

TOUR INCLUSIONS: Professional tour director, motorcoach transportation, accommodations, luggage handling, admissions, and 4 meals, including 2 breakfasts and 2 dinners.

TRAVEL INSURANCE: Optional, but highly recommended.

ACTIVITY LEVEL 3 / HEAVY WALKING: Physical stamina required. Stair climbing, longer periods of walking and/or standing may be involved, along with higher elevations and longer days. Participants must be able to keep up with group.
